E-Commerce

Turn products into digital business.

We help brands, manufacturers and retailers set up, run and improve how they sell online — on marketplaces, on their own store, or both. The work is operational as much as it is strategic: clean catalogues, accurate listings, well-structured product content and a store that is maintained week after week.

Overview

Selling online is a system, not a storefront.

Most e-commerce problems are not design problems. They are catalogue problems, content problems and process problems: listings that are incomplete, product data that differs from channel to channel, inventory that is not reflected accurately, and nobody looking at what the numbers are saying.

We treat your online channels as one operating system. Product data is structured once and adapted for each channel. Listings are written to be found and to be understood. Store performance is reviewed against clear commercial measures, not vanity metrics.

  • 01

    Channel-ready product data

Attributes, variants, images and specifications structured so they can be published accurately across channels.

  • 02

    Content that sells and ranks

Titles, bullet points and descriptions written for both marketplace search and human buyers.

  • 03

    Operational continuity

Ongoing store management so listings, pricing and catalogue changes do not fall behind.

Services

What we deliver

Marketplace Setup

Seller account setup, brand and category configuration, and onboarding on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, with documentation prepared in the format each platform requires.

Product Listing & Cataloguing

Structured catalogue creation and bulk listing — attributes, variations, category mapping and flat-file uploads — so products are classified correctly and are eligible to appear in relevant searches and filters.

Product Content

Keyword-informed titles, feature bullets, descriptions and enhanced content modules, written to marketplace style guidelines and aligned with how customers actually search for the product.

Store Management

Day-to-day upkeep of listings, pricing and catalogue changes, suppressed or inactive listing resolution, and coordination with your inventory and fulfilment teams.

Store Optimization

Review of listing quality, search visibility, conversion signals and catalogue health, followed by prioritised changes that address the largest gaps first.

E-Commerce Growth Strategy

Channel selection, assortment and pricing considerations, advertising alignment and a practical roadmap for adding channels or categories without losing operational control.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

Which marketplaces do you work with?

We work with the major Indian marketplaces, including Amazon and Flipkart, and with direct-to-consumer stores built on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. If you are considering a specific platform, we will tell you plainly whether it is a good fit for your products.

Can you take over an existing seller account?

Yes. We usually start with a catalogue and listing audit so we understand what is already live, what is suppressed or incomplete, and what needs to be corrected before we focus on growth.

Do you write product content, or only upload it?

We write it. Titles, bullets, descriptions and enhanced content are researched against how customers search for the product and written to each marketplace’s guidelines. You approve the content before anything is published.

Do you handle inventory and shipping?

We do not operate warehouses or logistics. We coordinate with your inventory and fulfilment process so that what is listed online accurately reflects what you can deliver.

Can you also build our own online store?

Yes. Our Web & Software team builds e-commerce websites, and our Digital Marketing team handles search visibility and advertising, so your marketplace and direct channels can be planned together.
